SHIPPING POLICY

We ship mainly with the following carriers: La Poste, Collissimo, UPS and Canada Post. The choice of carrier depends on the destination of the shipment.

We offer delivery in 5 to 8 days for orders over €25.



We offer several delivery options to best suit your needs.



- Delivery in 7 to 12 working days: €2.90 (free for orders over €25)





In the context of special promotions or rewards under our loyalty program, certain delivery methods may be offered to you.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the format of certain products. You will be able to track each package by tracking number.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of the same value or receive a refund. The return of the item(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 14 days following purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Damaged items will not be exchanged or refunded.
